A lot of people think that buying a property is a good
form of investment as compared to renting. However, this is not always true. If
the mortgage and the maintenance cost will be greater than the payment for the
rent, then renting a home would still be the better option.
This goes the same with buying a home versus buying an
investment property. It would be wiser to rent a property and buy another
investment property when the bottom-line expenses would be greater than what
you will be paying for in rent. Once you are determined of your decision to buy
a property, then you will have to determine which property to purchase.
